    Young children run. 

They exercise their muscles to build strength.

 They run everywhere, using legs as wheels.

 As if they are flying, they ambulate at speeds beyond walking.

 Their strength is in motion not erectness or finesse.

 The fitness is not achieved overnight it is a coordination of years spent stumbling to understand the skill.

 It is a building, of blocks of knowledge, of the physicalness of gravity, and the mind body unity of purpose, to reach a goal.
