Take a deeep breath
exhale slowly through the mouth
Be sure that the abdomen is expanding
Take another deep breath
again exhale slowly through the mouth
Now
Take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds
and then exhale through the mouth
This exercise repeated
is supposed to help
it relieving fatigue, pain and depression.
